The family room was super clean and cozy, which I loved! The mattresses were soft, and having a Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The window didn't offer a view, but it kept things quiet, perfect given how central we were. The check-in process was smooth, and the manager provided clear instructions. A really good stay!

The location is prime for exploring Amsterdam, with everything just a short stroll away. We had a blast visiting Dam Square and the nearby shops. Our room was clean and spacious enough for the kids, and check-in was smooth, despite needing a small deposit.
In my wife's opinion, the steep stairs were a bit of a hassle for our family.
